Yes! All BiTE ME NOT!™ insect repellent products are DEET-Free and made with a blend of geraniol and natural oils (active ingredients depend on product, see the product detail page for more information).

All of our insect repellents use geraniol, or a combination of geraniol and natural oils. Please see individual product detail pages for a complete list of active ingredients.

Our formula has been developed to repel against insects as a standalone product, and therefore we cannot recommend applying it alongside another insect repellent brand. That being said, you can use our band / wristband products and repellent lotions alongside each other for increased body protection.

BiTE ME NOT!™ is the perfect solution for all family members above the age of 3 years. We do recommend that Adults apply the lotion to children to keep the lotions out of eye areas.

Our BiTE ME NOT!™ repellents should be replaced every two to three years to ensure maximum efficacy.

Our insect repellents are formulated and tested to be effective for protecting against mosquitos, with our BiTE ME NOT!™ Insect Repellent + Tick Protection being an additional option that protects against both mosquitos and ticks.

For heavier protection against mosquitoes, we recommend using our BiTE ME NOT!™ Insect Repellent Lotion or our Insect Repellent + Tick Protection if you plan on hiking/walking in the woods. For lighter usage, such as when playing in the park or by the pool, we recommend using our flat BiTE ME NOT!™ Insect Repelling Band or our Coil Wristband to repel mosquitoes and for their convenience, longevity, and waterproof attributes. If you find yourself on the go, our BiTE ME NOT!™ Towelettes are perfect for repelling mosquitoes and slipping into pockets, packs, and purses.

We love our furry family members, but our BiTE ME NOT!™ insect repellents have not been tested on animals nor for use on pets.

We recommend reapplying every 30 minutes to ensure maximum efficacy.

Yes! Our BiTE ME NOT!™ spray lotions are non-aerosol and use no propellants, only repellent ingredients!

Our BiTE ME NOT!™ Insect Repelling Band repels up to 100 hours and can conveniently be stored and reused in their pod container (that they come in) to extend their use.

Our Bands should be worn loosely around the wrist or ankle or worn around the belt loop, backpack strap, and other places while on the go.

Our Bands are one-size-fits-all.

With the use of the resealable pouch, our BiTE ME NOT!™ Mosquito Coil Wristbands provide up to 2.5 hours of mosquito protection.

Our BiTE ME NOT!™ Insect Repellent Towelettes be applied on hand, arms, legs, feet, faces, and neck.

Each pack comes with two towelettes. Each towelette is the perfect application size for one child. For adults, two towelettes cover for arms, legs, and neck. Larger containers are available that conveniently contain 15 towelettes as well.
